Concordia is a private, invite-only service in Beta: it can go down for maintenance, the server owner moderates, and what each person posts is their own responsibility.

This is not a company contract. It is the deal among a group of friends, written so that nobody is caught by surprise.
1. What Concordia is
A private voice, screen and chat server, run by a private individual for a small group. Access is by invitation: you need the server password. There is no sale, no plan and no subscription.
2. It is in Beta
Concordia changes every week. It can go offline, it can lose a feature for a while, it can have defects. There is no promise of availability and no promise that what was written will be preserved. Do not use Concordia for anything you cannot afford to lose.
3. Getting along
Treat others the way you want to be treated. Not allowed: harassment, threats, hate speech, illegal content, sexual content involving minors, invading other people’s privacy, spam, and trying to take down or break into the server. Breaking the deal is a reason to be shown the door.
4. The owner decides
The owner can mute, move, disconnect, kick or ban whoever is ruining it, on the spot and without a process. He can also delete messages and images, change the passwords and shut the server down whenever he wants.
5. What you post is yours — and it is your responsibility
You remain the owner of what you write and send, and you answer for it. By sending it, you give Concordia only what is needed to show it to the other participants. Do not send what is not yours.
6. No recording
Concordia does not record voice, screen or camera. Recording from the outside (with another program) is the choice and the responsibility of whoever records — and it is good manners to say so.
7. Minors
Concordia is not made for children. If you are under 13, do not use it.
8. Changes to these terms
They can change. The date at the top changes with them and the notice goes to the general chat. Carrying on using it is accepting them.
